We had a great experience shopping at DOT Cambridge for our new patio furniture. The store manager, Erik, was so helpful to us and we were able to find a great table for our deck and cushions for an excellent price. The customer service was outstanding! We would highly recommended this DOT location and will be back again.
Their selection is great, something for every budget and endless choices. Loveee this store!! We were warmly greeted by Eric as soon as we walked in. He was never pushy and went above and beyond after three times of us coming in as I struggled with making a decision. I truly appreciated his patience and feel like I made a good decision and we will definitely be back to DOT Furniture.
We have been purchasing from DOT Cambridge for years. Eric, the store manager is always extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The Dot outdoor furniture we purchased is stylish, comfortable and looks great year after year!
