I went to Doswell Orthodontics to get a bonded retainer repaired. The moment I walked in, I was greeted and welcomed. They ensured I was comfortable with dogs (there is a therapy dog on site). Their space is accessible and inclusive (I am neurodivergent). I was taken to get scans done to choose an appropriate approach to meet my orthodontic goals. I left my appointment feeling comfortable, seen, heard, and empowered for next steps. I plan to keep coming to this practice. They are good folks over there.
