I don't own a Dostie house but I need to back them up when I saw the low rating reviews about them being slow while the other builders are faster with higher quality. Being faster sometimes means that the builder hires whoever is available on the market to do the job, likely with a lower rate. Seems Dostie sticks to their trusted contractors only. Our experience with Dostie was superb. We specifically were blessed to work with David H. and after spending months working with him, he and the builder gave us the exact family-feel we were looking for. David was extremely attentive to our needs, timeline, and considerate that we were moving two children and two dogs.
