Mr. Mercado was assigned to me by a legal plan and I had a terrible experience with him. His lack of communication caused my case to be dragged out for several months longer than it should have. I might get one response for every 10-15 outreach attempts. He's also apathetic and extremely condescending at times. I definitely felt like I was forced to settle for terms that I wasn't comfortable with because my attorney wouldn't advocate for me in a situation where my ex was abusive and didn't pay child support for years.
