Incredibly unprofessional! I had my appointment scheduled for 10:00 am and drove all the way from Fort Worth only to be told the dentist was not coming in. It would not have been as bad if it was not further explained that he had to leave on the previous Friday and no one had been in contact since. This is the second time I have not been contacted to move an appointment. The first was when they had a gas leak and couldn't take any patients for the day. They only told us upon arrival.
