Incredibly unprofessional! I had my appointment scheduled for 10:00 am and drove all the way from Fort Worth only to be told the dentist was not coming in. It would not have been as bad if it was not further explained that he had to leave on the previous Friday and no one had been in contact since. This is the second time I have not been contacted to move an appointment. The first was when they had a gas leak and couldn't take any patients for the day. They only told us upon arrival. AVOID DOSSETT DENTAL 'S AWFUL QUALITY AND SERVICE. We paid for several crowns only to have them fall out within 24 hours! When confronted with their failures, Dossett Dental's management response was "...was intact when xxxxxx left our office per our documentation". Another crown was installed with a gaping hole in the top. Their prices are also far above other local dentists and they will force you to take out a loan prior to leaving the office so they WILL get paid regardless of their failure to deliver quality serv... read more
