Door windows wouldn't go down and the latches and locks didn't work once I got it back definitely don't use them
My car took 4 months to repair! It took one whole month before parts were even ordered! The estimate time of repairs was initially 6 months, so I suppose I was lucky? The repairs seem fine, I was offered the car to be detailed as they had it so long, it definitely was not detailed, washed only. The rear bumper has faded from black to grey from sitting in the sun idle for 4 months. Of course Covid was the explanation for the length of time for repairs, and blaming the supplier for the lengthy time for the supply of parts.
From the very first meeting with Kate and the team we have had amazing service. Every step of the way Kate has communicated what was happening, when the car went into the paint shop and the final pieces being attached. It was ready on time and clean as a whistle!! Looked brand new. Thank you all for your courtesy and good service. Can highly recommend.
