I have never had a tow service do this it blew me away. Literally the man who answered the phone told me he didnt have anyone available at that point in time but he made sure to tell me if i called someone else not to let them take advantage of me. Which told me alot. About them there busniess and my personal situation, even though i went with someone else i still give these people five stars not many tow people actually care about the person on the other end but doss does
Driver was just a little to nosey I understand he has a job to do but he was going far and beyond
Great people. And they run a great business.
Our son wrecked his car and we had other tow trucks come out and say that they were unable to help us. The young man from Doss came out and went above and beyond working to help and get the car out! We are beyond grateful! Thank you Doss!
Came out on Christmas eve to help me n my buddy out and handled everything with professionalism even while it being super late at night and cold. 10/10 recommend
