for Doctor Doss— for the front office. Dr. Doss is an outstanding physician, thorough, compassionate, and with excellent bedside manner. He saved my mom when she had her heart attack two years ago, and she trusted him so much that she chose to continue seeing him at his office. He has been consistently attentive, proactive and excellent in managing her care. However, his front office staff is a serious problem. Office receptionist women should be FIRED!!! Called to make an appointment, insurance company advised me to have drs office call them to verify. I tried to explain she needed to call insurance, but she immediately cut me off, would not give me the courtesy of listening and I was told she would not call, and its not her job to call! She was the most rudist, obnoxious, unhelpful person and refused to work with me!!! I finally said something about her attitude and she hung up on me!! JUST WANT TO SAY MARY IS VERY RUDE AND SHOULD BE FIRED!!!!!! I had her in 3way with my insurance company because they could not send a fax over for my wife after her heart attack and MARY went off on me because I asked for a fax number. She then kept of speaking very unprofessional and rude and finished by hanging up the phone in me. Im glad I was on 3way and the call was being recorded.
