I’ve own petmate crates since I guess a kid in the 90’s at least and I never knew their customer service was so tiresome to get,it is none existent in my opinion..they claim to be open till 5pm central,yet I called at 4, closed, no answer, plus I had to do a google search to even find a phone number,they expect us to write a freaking email, that’s insane and insulting..it’s basically a cost cutting scheme so they can let some AI.single minded bot run their company for them.whats the point in even having human interactions wi... read more

I realize you all are not in the office. I am writing to say how terribly disappointed we are with “Chuckit!” Tennis balls. They are of poor quality and not durable at all. We purchased through Walmart on February 16th, they were delivered to our home on February 23rd. The next day we tossed one for our 3 1/2 year old Scottish Terrier. Within 20 minutes the ball had split/broken in half underneath the cloth cover. I thought perhaps this was just a faulty item. A day or two later it was completely shredded.
