If I could give them zero stars I would. I have been unable to send in controlled substances for 2 days. This is putting my patients in actual danger. My EMR support isn't helping so I contacted DoseSpot by phone. They said they do not trouble shoot over the phone and that I have to contact my EMR system. WTH am I supposed to do?!! Also, no supervisor to speak to. Sounded like they were at a party in the background. Completely unprofessional and Dangerous!
OMG dose spot took a bad system and made it 100X worst hard to do How are they still in busuiness and for Dr.s none the less
The company sent me an auto rejection notice at 4am. no proper explainations given, at least they didnt completely insult me like most of these other pieces of work that use their application system. still.. 4am is still malicious
Unfortunately the system is completely not intuitive. The prescription site is always prone to crashing and freezing up.
This is an awful company. They have the worst customer service. They never call back and have not managed to fix my prescription fob for 4 days and don’t seem to have any plan to do so in the foreseeable future. This leaves me unable to write scripts for my patients. I have not managed to speak to anyone in the company to resolve the issue.
