The food has no flavor and the service is terrible, the workers always have a nasty attitude and the food is very overpriced, I got a bowl with no sides and it came out to $17, also the portions are very small and they are very stingy with the meat.
Over priced
Super super rude!! First, I walked up because they had free samples and they were giving them out so I tried one. I went to order one, and the manager, slammed her hands on the counter Because she didn’t understand what I was saying, and instead of asking me politely again what I said, she slammed her hands on the counter really loud scaring my child!!! Why put samples out if you’re gonna snatch them from people anyways. It was embarrassing to say the least. Never again!!!!
The staff taking and preparing the orders were friendly and attentive. The lady at the register (I assume manager/owner) not so much. Very nasty attitude and when I asked how her day was going in hopes she would at least smile, she have me a dirty look and didn’t answer me. Not professional AT ALL! yuck. they setup like chipotle, but doesn't taste anything like chipotle. their guacamole was terrible. absolutely no flavor across the board. that guac tasted like it came out of the grocery store package. the lady serving me was nice, but the cashier was rude. she didn't give me my receipt and immediately checked out someone else and when i asked for it, she snapped "one sec". she should have given me my receipt in the first place. their fake cilantro lime rice and salty chicken is no comparison to chipotle
