Very disappointing experience. We waited at the entrance for several minutes, and no one even acknowledged or greeted us. We finally had to go to the counter ourselves, only to be told there were two families ahead of us. A simple "We'll be with you shortly" would have been enough. Instead, the two girls at the front completely ignored us. Poor customer service and a terrible first impression. We won't be coming back.
The food was really tasty. Best food we have eaten in our Alberta trip.
