Good customer service. Awesome food
Pavneet was very kind and friendly, and the entire staff was amazing. My order was incorrect at first, but they fixed it within 2–3 minutes. The service was quick and professional. Overall, I had an amazing experience. Highly recommended!
⭐ Disappointing experience as a regular customer I have been a regular customer at Dosa & Co. and visit almost every week, so this experience was extremely disappointing.As usual, I placed an order for idli and two masala dosas. First of all, the girl who took my order over the phone seemed to be in a rush and was quite cold in her manner. She didn’t even ask for my name to write on the order before hanging up the phone. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of South Indian flavours. Sambar and chutneys were tasty. The staff was polite, Specially Gursimran ,she served with a beautiful smile. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere and offered good value for money. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience. Highly recommended for South Indian food lovers!
