TERRIBLE PRACTICE. STAY AWAY, BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY. SHE WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE AND YOU WILL NEVER HEAR FROM HER AGAIN. GOD KNOWS HOW THESE PEOPLE ARE STILL PRACTICING.
Horrible. I would never recommend this firm to anyone. She is extremely unprofessional, gives you the run-around, blatantly lies, never returns phone calls. They are a headache to work with. The attorney I dealt with is Antonella, and I would say BEWARE before working with her.
Extremely unprofessional, staff doesn’t care for taking messages and passing them on. Never contacts clients, rude , lies consistently. When you contact the office she isnt there or is “busy”. You can leave her several messages and emails and it could take months to get an answer if you’re lucky. Sat on my case for almost 2 years before having to switch attorneys due to her lack of communication and professionalism. Wont be around long; wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
Amazing customer service, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Everyone at Dos Santos and Shirazi went the extra mile to help me during a very difficult and stressful time in my life.
