I cannot say enough wonderful things about this shop! The customer service was absolutely exceptional from the moment I walked in. I usually get nervous shopping for dresses because I’m a bigger girl, but their size range is incredible (XS–5XL) and made me feel so welcomed and included. Macie & the ladies at Do’s formal you guys are the best!!! This mama wanted to cry. We were one week away from prom with no tux and they swooped in and took care of my boy!!! Thank you so much Do’s formal!
Maya was so wonderful and sweet! She had a natural eye for fitting you and matching your style! She made my daughter very comfortable with her prom dress shopping as she was about to cry from nothing fitting right after 6 or 7 dresses. Even though we ended up not buying anything yet because they were closing and my daughter didn't want to rush- but the service and friendliness of Maya was well worth the trip and experience for us! Thank you Maya! It meant a lot ;)
10/10 I need a ball dress and fell in love with the first one I try on. Staff very helpful and made me feel welcome compared to the other stores I went to.
