We always seem to find the perfect dress at Do's. Bought my daughter's junior and senior prom dresses here and just purchased her wedding dress. sales people are always helpful!
rude employees, overpriced dresses that feel cheap and easily rip, cheap material. best to go anywhere else. price dose not justify the quality of these dresses. one of the sleeves of my dress easily ripped when i leaned over.
I was very disappointed with this experience. I reached out explaining that I was traveling from Utah, arriving late, and urgently needed a gold dress for a wedding this Saturday. While I understand that not all services may be offered, what stood out was the complete lack of effort to assist beyond simply repeating, “we don’t offer that service.” There was no attempt to provide alternatives, suggestions, or even a referral despite me clearly stating I was willing to purchase a dress.
