Very comftorable being rude/sarcastic at sales and especially once under contract. Which btw, you can expect to well exceed advertised price, only more then usual imo. 8,999-> 13k+. Might as well go used from a person or new off the lot.
Best place around to get a new vehicle or parts. Goes above and beyond finding you the right vehicle
