In a world of private equity infiltrating every sector of the restaurant industry, my god it’s so refreshing to find a locally owned and well run place. Service was fantastic, I was greeted and the host went through the menu with me. I took a seat at the bar overlooking the kitchen. No frozen Sysco products here!
