We picked the restaurant for its popularity and high praises by the reviewers. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. Our food was definitely not done right. Our chicken skewers were very dry and tough. When we gave them a second chance by ordering the pork showers, it was again too lean and overcooked. The piñón (plantain and meat pie) was again not moist and soft. The plantain was starchy and tough, probably not ripe? probably in the oven for too long?
