I have been a customer for the past 3 years and recently had a new boiler installed. The service is always prompt and efficient.
Everyone was friendly and approachable (both in the shop and those working in the house). Great quality work: they focused on getting the shower room job done well, not on the time, and did a few extras to make it so. They made a point of cleaning up each day, which was really appreciated. And they made a post-job visit to check that it was all ok. We've used Dorward before and will again.
I couldn't be more pleased with the work we've had carried out recently by Dorwoods, a company we have used for years for small jobs like radiator replacements and boiler sevices. The time came for us to completely replace the bathroom from floor to ceiling. Great company to rely on. They are extremely reliable and professional. I have an airbnb and rely on them for so many things. They never let me down, heir prices are very good and they always comes when they say they will. Highly recommend them as best choice in town.
