I highly recommend Dorton Bros. From the office staff to the technicians they were thorough, communicated every step of the way, hardly any wait time to get a technician to our home, found the problem quickly and luckily was a small fix done on the spot. You just can't find a better company than Dorton Bros!!

I can't recommend Dorton Brothers enough. They were able to schedule my service the day after I called them. The technician showed up exactly on time, had the problem identified in under 2 minutes and fixed in less than 30. Fast, friendly, professional service.

I have used them on two occasions now. The aux symbol was blinking on the thermostat and the heating system wasn't blowing any heat. I called one company and they said a new blower motor was needed, but recommended I purchase an entire unit for $8,000. I called Dorton, they replaced the motor for almost a third of the price the first company suggested. Very friendly and honest company. Work completed the same day I called, on a freezing January day.

This company is awesome to work with. Their technician Matthew diagnosed and repaired a very difficult intermittent electrical problem with our blower motor that would cause it to shut off and we would lose heat. Another company had attempted 3 repairs and it was never resolved! Thanks Matthew and the Dorton team for keeping my family warm during these cold winter days!
