We payed Jesse to install a used engine and transmission rebuild. In the process of the 2 jobs we asked multiple times to check different worn parts while the truck was apart and ready to be repaired. He ignored that and extremely hard to get ahold of. The work of his employees isn’t quality checked and we found issues shortly after getting home.
Jesse, I am reaching out to you by commenting on your reviews and providing my honest feedback. You rebuilt the transmission on my 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 and provided me with a warranty. Well, my transmission gears are slipping again. I am trying to reach out to you, but it seems that you have blocked my phone number, and it seems like you don't want to deal with warranty work. Jesse has rebuilt several transmissions for us and for the most part we have not had any issues. The issue we did have he ended up taking care of. He's very affordable and we will continue to use him.
DO NOT USE this business !! He will take your money refuse to give any written invoice and leave you with a non drivable vehicle .
Absolute scam artist!!! DO NOT USE. Said he rebuilt our transmission for it to die on the drive home. Brought it back for him to “fix” again and a week later our car no longer works!!!! Won’t return calls or messages. AVOID THIS BUSINESS!
