This company ordered parts from us and turned around and cancelled the credit card 2.5 months after receiving the item, totaling $326.00. We have called then numerous times and calls went unanswered / returned. I do not recommend using them. The person we spoke with on the phone is LOUIS DORTA, 1823 E MILLBROOK RD SUITE 106. We wiull be filling a police report today.
Not good at all. Was there for some service a month ago then 2 days ago the problem reappeared. Obviously they don't know what they are doing and would rather you throw money at the problem but never really fix the problem. Would not even recommend getting tires rotated here. They certainly show a lack of experience and knowledge. Not to mention using cheap parts and charging a premium for them on top of the original cost of the parts. At this point i would say Pep Boys offers better service than this place.
Very good service in this shop. Very good quality of work get done on my cars.Professional mechanics and very good affordable price.Recommend this shop for anybody who looking for excellent service.
