Stopped by Dorsey’s yesterday for a diagnosis. Ken and Taylor went above and beyond, got going on my car right away and ended up sorting out the coolant leak against all odds. Great honest guys(a dying breed), with a sweet shop. I’d give 10 stars if I could. Definitely go to these guys for any/ all your mechanic needs in the ukiah area!
Kenny, Finn and Dave and all the other guys are absolutely wizards at what they do! I’m so grateful that they have always taken care of my Mustang and my jeep
I just recently have had car issues two weeks in a row on different vehicles. Ken and his team are kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about what car insurance companies will reimburse. I highly recommend this garage and in the future will be returning.
Dorsey Auto Repair is hands down the best shop I have ever been to. I've been ripped off by many shops. It's hard to find honest people nowadays. Dorsey has went above and beyond with any auto concern or questions I have presented to them. Thank you Dorsey for your expert service and your honesty.
