Ken rocks and runs the epitome of a good shop. My partner and I were on a long drive when our AC went out, and so we stopped in at Dorsey’s to see if they could help. Ken took care of us and had us back on the road in under an hour, incredible. I have to mention he’s really funny, I highly recommend.
Stopped by Dorsey’s yesterday for a diagnosis. Ken and Taylor went above and beyond, got going on my car right away and ended up sorting out the coolant leak against all odds. Great honest guys(a dying breed), with a sweet shop. I’d give 10 stars if I could. Definitely go to these guys for any/ all your mechanic needs in the ukiah area!
Kenny, Finn and Dave and all the other guys are absolutely wizards at what they do! I’m so grateful that they have always taken care of my Mustang and my jeep
I just recently have had car issues two weeks in a row on different vehicles. Ken and his team are kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about what car insurance companies will reimburse. I highly recommend this garage and in the future will be returning.
