I had a squeaking noise in my 2016 F250 and have tried everything to identify the issue. The Dorsey Tire and Auto staff were very knowledgeable in helping to identify the issue, provided me a detailed solution, and scheduled my truck to repair it. As with all of my previous experiences with Dorsey Tire and Auto, it was exceptional! I highly recommend Dorsey Tire and Auto for anyone mechanical and tire needs for your personal or company vehicle. You will not be disappointed!!
Service was quick. But thats it. Technician who mounted my tires didnt know what he was doing. Mounted 2 directional tires backwards. Brought brand new in packaging wheels and tires to them. Now all 4 of my wheels have gouges on the inside where the machine was improperly used mounting the tires. Got told it is what it is, the damage is on the inside not seen when on the vehicle anyway so deal with it response when i called about the damage. Have had to take it to another shop to rebalance 2 of the tires and replace a tpms v... read more
Excellent service! We were in the area on vacation and had to replace 4 camper tires.
