Dorsey came out and quoted my project. Their quote was 2x higher than others, but convinced me they knew what they were doing when we did the walk thru of the property so I was willing to pay it. I provided them the appropriate permits and approvals to do the job, but they felt the need to contact Hamilton county without telling me to verify what I already told them which was totally inappropriate.
