Our first experience with Dorsett Nissan was 2023. We traveled to Indianapolis from our home in NW Arkansas, driving the distance in heavy rain. When we arrived at Terre Haute, we realized there was an issue with our Versa - it seems the during oil change we had in Arkansas, our oil cap was not secured and oil has splattered throughout our motor.
