Really good service.
Our first experience with Dorsett Nissan was 2023. We traveled to Indianapolis from our home in NW Arkansas, driving the distance in heavy rain. When we arrived at Terre Haute, we realized there was an issue with our Versa - it seems the during oil change we had in Arkansas, our oil cap was not secured and oil has splattered throughout our motor. The service department is the best, always helpful and extremely knowledgeable! Always enjoy my time there.
Never valet! Car returned with a service light (not on before) Jay Mathews blamed the customer for faulty tech service, service manager Brittni lied and said "No fee to you for valet or to find out why we have returned it with a service light". Accidents occur but pretty costly to thousands of dollars you leave in their care. Turns out I was their #1 customer four years in a row (even when they did this exact same thing to my car in the beginning).
