I have been taking my kids to this location for years and absolutely love it!!
I had specifically scheduled an extraction because I have a shattered tooth and I am in horrible pain all the time, I can't sleep, I can't eat, I have difficulty getting through my work days. When at my appointment to be evaluated they tried to push me to get a root canal instead and I told them no. I drove an hour to my appointment that was supposed to be an extraction only to find out that they scheduled me for a root canal!!! Receptionists were kind even though there was a bit of confusion at the beginning. Mom had spent TWO HOURS filling out forms online only to have to fill out more when we arrived because it wasn't in the system. Not only that but they seem to be understaffed? There was only one cleaner in a room with five people. Cleaning only took like five minutes and I was left bleeding and in pain all day, which has NEVER happened before.
