The front staff is very kind, although communication is rough. I got rescheduled by text today 4 hours before the original appointment , that I now had 1 hour to get to the new appointment time without being asked/confirmed, luckily I was available, otherwise, not cool. As for the rest of the facility; The first time we came here, we got a cleaning, then cavities filled the following week for my little sister, we had to come back because they didn't level out her teeth correctly, leaving them sensitive/in pain. Quick and simple
1st. Appointment Dentist Dr. Yun requires to be left alone with minor female children no parent allowed, refused to do job while mother is in room.. other dentist's took over his appointment and allowed mother in room.. report to med board 2nd appointment again same thing wished to not have parent in room while daughter was going to be under anesthesia. Had to cancel leave and reschule with another dentist later in the month..
It was reassuring to be at the 2nd location with the same team!
