The dental hygienists were always great and helpful, but my problem is that there is an awful lack of communication between their dental office and their financial office. For months I've been spammed with a bill that was already an error to begin with. When I called the office all they said was "Yeah I see the bill, how would you like to pay?" This was 2nd time getting a tooth extracted, the Dr was very patient and made sure I was comfortable. She did an excellent job
It took over 3 hrs for them to do like 4 cavities and never even tried to let me know what took so long
This place referred my two kids with disabilities to Valley endodontic on wilmont and Carondelet. So I called that place they would not make my two appointments cause they called your office and your office never seen my two kids which is wring cayse the referrals your off ice have me and dr.parks name and your office name on them so how is my two kids were never seen at your iffice ..your office has done my kids wrong now by referring them to that other office and can't get their dental work done .
