Phoned at 7am in the morning, car was fixed and back on the road by 3pm the same day. Even though I’m in a different county. 5 Star service on your drive way. Highly recommend. Very friendly to which is also a great bonus. Don’t look anywhere else!
My first experience was really good but second experience was really bad. I have requested a diagnostic check and on the day, they attended and texted me on whatsapp then waited for few minutes then left without even letting me know. Agreed on a second check few days later, did the diagnostic check and sent a 4 words report and have been struggling to even get a phone call to explain the problem to me. So good I can’t recommend it enough. Replied to me on a Sunday and, since I told him what I thought it was, he came prepared with the part needed. Took 3h. I spent all of it next to James having great conversations. With that I saw how good he is at what he does. Fixing a Ford is not easy nowadays and he juggles his way around it and got it done. Thank you James for everything. Car works flawlessly.
