AVOID AVOID AVOID. I went here to have a bonded retainer fitted as mine had broken (after 20 years). Very very long story short they fitted incorrectly (on the bite). This has led me to have to spend £1500 trying to fix and now having to be referred to an endodontist at even more expense. This "orthodontist" has ruined the last 4 months of my life due to the immense pain I have been in and spiralling costs. She should not be continuing to work in this practice and I have informed the General Dentistry Council accordingly.
Due to the incompetence of this orthodontist who incorrectly fitted a bonded retainer, I now have been told that I need to re-undergo orthodontist treatment as she completely misaligned my teeth which have been perfect for 20 years. I have been in excruciating pain for the last 2 months due to this and I would strongly implore anyone to think twice before going here. First of all, I don't usually leave reviews and I don't like leaving negative feedback but feel this is warranted. First of all I would say that Dorset Orthodontics are very quick at responding to queries (they responded to me late at night which I have never seen before!) and quick at getting you in for an appointment but unfortunately from there this is where I had a problem.
