My girlfriend has been coming here for the past few years seeing Lori, who has been helpful to her. Now that Lori is out of the office for a while, the replacement doctor Sheri (?) is dismissive, ignorant, and unpleasant to deal with. My girlfriend had a procedure scheduled, to which she was told they didn't know if they had enough time to do said procedure, took a look and told her she didn't need it.
