Upon arriving I was met by one of the Techs. In talking with him I mentioned that I was not sure if I had requested that my tires be rotated or not. Without hesitation he said, “no problem we got you covered.” From start to finish service was fantastic. The Service Dept Team are the best.
When setting the appointment, I asked how long which the response was didn't know until know the problem. It was not stated that a diagnostic would need to be done and that it took an hour and half with the cost of $576. If stated of the diagnostic and length of time, I would've asked the cost and my time not time of Nissan staff would've been necessary.
Customer service excellent with rep. But service for oil change on vehicle waiting period was over 2 hours was unacceptable.
