I just called about buying or leasing a k4 hatchback, I'm 57 owned and leased many new cars, the young girl, when I was asking I know the price starts at 24,000 what sales or lease deals do you have, she said you don't know what you're talking about and hung up on me !! A customer who wants to buy or lease a new car. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
Ask for Tom Baker. He was patient, flexible, knowledgeable and I never once felt pressured or "managed." He is the consummate sales professional proven by his poat-sale availability and help. I could NOT get my Android Auto working and it too me a while to sort it out. He was there every time I called, even on his day off. The closing was seemless amd easy. Bought a 2020 Kia forte from bob johnson vw . Kevin was my salesman. Excellent customer service skills , process was easy and fast.
