Haven't even seen the work yet, but incredibly frustrated with the process. A deer hit my brand new car, but was still perfectly drive-able. We took it to Dorschel on December 20th so they would have it while I was on vacation and did not need the car. The repairs were supposed to be done by December 27, and then they said that it would be done by today, and now they are saying that it won't be completed until January 7.
