Brought them my Mustang Mache for a simple software update and then the thing wouldn’t charge on high voltage chargers I brought the vehicle in and explained that to the service writer and they decided it would be appropriate to write a one word sentence saying the car doesn’t charge instead of actually writing in the service order what is wrong with the vehicle and what is happening. Simple attention to detail and actually noting the customer’s true concern is the first step in diagnosis
Had great service from Michael Hinkfuss who was mindful of our vehicle needs and was able to get us the vehicle we wanted within our budget.
The woman helping me (Heather) had the audacity to try and charge me $400.00 for an oil change! She was serious and I had to show her my paperwork of what I was charged last time! Then, when done the car was missing the tow hook cover, that was on when I brought it in and her reply was those fall off all the time and it wasn’t on when you got here!
The Employees are very welcoming and kind and I was in and out in less time than they had originally estimated. Thank you to Dorsch!
I called Dorsch in the morning because my car needed a new battery. I couldn't even move it out of the garage. Within a few hours they had a mechanic at my house to replace the old battery with a new one. Now it's back up and running. The mechanic was very nice and explained things as he was working.
