I hit a deer with our vehicle & took it to our dealer Dorsch. Great service, worked with our insurance , kept us informed all the way. It's our second vehicle and always get great service.
Tony is a very professional and compassionate service advisor - highly recommend him to assist you. Service performed was good - an oops occurred resulting in some damage to my vehicle by Dorsch’s technician - the staff in the collision center did adequately take care of these scratches. Overall, do recommend this business to help you out in time of need.
Went to have window guards put on and was very surprised by the professionalism of Patrixk, the manager. One of the guards was scratched, and he personally attempted to buff out the scratch. When that wasn't to our liking, he offered to reorder the items, and considering were are from out of town, he then offered a.full refund. That what customer satisfaction is all about!!
