Went to have window guards put on and was very surprised by the professionalism of Patrixk, the manager. One of the guards was scratched, and he personally attempted to buff out the scratch. When that wasn't to our liking, he offered to reorder the items, and considering were are from out of town, he then offered a.full refund. That what customer satisfaction is all about!!
Brought my truck there on 1/7 was told it would take about 5 days to get back 1/14. We're sitting here 1/27, and my truck won't be back till at least 1/29. They tried to blame progressive for the delays, but i believe its a problem on both ends. Needless to say, it will be the LAST time dorsch sees the truck. Between the sales team and collision center.
