They arrived during the time provided. He was able to fix the problem, same day and the price to fix my washer was under $100 dollars.
Mr. Dorrell and his technician were very friendly and worked with me until my issue was resolved.
Negotiated time (assuming with owner) and he came by as he said he would hence the 3 stars. However, from what my wife said, he literally walked in and didn't even stop. He saw the fridge and said, "I don't work on those refrigerators because they're four door". I have a French style Whirlpool refrigerator with the standard two doors on top and two bottom drawers (freezer). He basically said that our refrigerator was too complicated and that we needed to hire a Whirlpool technician because there are three separate computers ... read more
