If I could give 10 stars I would. Answered immediately. Got me in immediately. Most affordable I’ve found. Easy to work with. I Was able to just pay over the phone. They did have to do some landscaping for me since my yard is a jungle. Highly recommend and will use again.

We had an urgent septic issue, and Door Septic responded promptly and professionally. Their technician, Andrew, was excellent—kind, informative, and very knowledgeable. We called on a sunday and they were able to make it withing a couole hours even thoough they were located in the Dorr area and I was located in fenvile. Andrew was very informitive and explained what my issue was even tho he didnt have the capacity to fully rectify our situation he did give us the information and where to begin to fix our issue. I felt he was very professional and informative would definitly call agin and use their service again.

Andrew and his coworker were the greatest!!! Prompt, professional, caring and personable! This is the second time I’ve had them come to service my septic! Always caring, smiling and easy to talk too!
