Staff is beyond rude and disrespectful!! Do not go here for medical care. If you looking for people who are sympathetic and care about their patients I wouldn’t waste your time choose Dr. Koch as your obgyn. My sister went here hoping for a great first time pregnancy experience and was met with the worst service ever. Unfortunately my sister underwent a miscarriage and to take proper precautions being that we’ve never experienced something like this we called her doctor to see what to do.
