Very nice place and good quality
I recently needed some Sympathy arrangements to be delivered to my Australian relatives. As there were more than one recipient at the same address I found it very difficult to navigate through a couple of florists websites until I stumbled across Dorothys' of Werribee. With a quick message to the team I received excellent communication from the lovely Mitra. Made a complaint last week and was contacted by the new owner, offered a apology and offered a very satisfactory solution ,full kudos to the management for their professionalism and service.it was very much appreciated from a satisfied customer
Absolutely hopeless, they advertised same day delivery I ordered flowers for my wife at 9.30am in the morning she is located 230 metres away from their shop called them back at 12noon as they still hadn’t been delivered,I was advised that delivery wouldn’t happen till after 2pm I indicated it’s 230 metres away and was told quite rudely that what do you expect me to do close the shop I then proceeded to cancel the order. Thanks for a total lack of service definitely won’t be back
