Great customer service, Anna was incredibly helpful. Highly recommend everyone go to Dorthy’s for dry cleaning and tailoring.
Im a former Marine, I was stationed in Oceanside and now I live here again for the time being. The quality of Dorothys has fallen off. I can't even get some torn jeans hemmed properly. Today I went in just asking for a bit of scrap velcro that I was willing to pay for. I was told to go to Walmart. Make of that what you will.
Called ahead of time to ensure they could make me a squadron name patch, just to be told they do not offer leather name patches after I made the 45 minute trip up to Oceanside. Thanks for wasting my time!!
What do they charge for sewing name tapes on cammies? What should I expect the cost to be? Is it expected to leave a tip for the tailoring or sewing of name tapes? Any advice on the amount, if so? Sorry to ask. I'm a boot, and I'm kind of lost, as my squad tells me all the time :)
