I used this service for five months and was willing to pay even though it felt overpriced. However, when I expressed a need to pause the service to take a break(unable to drive to her office due to my back injury) , Dorothy was pushy and refused to allow me the option to rest. When i called her out on this, she decided to remove me as a client entirely without apologies via text, instead of working with me. This lack of flexibility and consideration made it clear that my needs were not a priority. Honestly, good riddance.
