I am new to TX, Dr. Dorothy Marshall was assigned as my new PCP. I am very disappointed as she has canceled all 3 of my scheduled appts and now I have been without my Insulin as well as other medically necessary prescriptions for over a month. With such unprofessional service I am now looking for a new PCP!
So I called the office to ask a few questions about the place before me or my daughter is seen and the lady who my insurance picked as my primary care provider. First off the lady that answered the phone was rude and told me the things they offer at this office. So I replied you don’t offer pediatrics she said o ya that too.
