I love this shop and these great ladies. I'm so glad that the shop is open once again.
I had a good experience with them until now. They mistakenly told me my appointment was on one day over the phone but when I showed up on the day I was told, they said my appointment was the next day, on a day I couldn't make it and wouldn't have scheduled it for. The mistake was theirs but they did nothing to make it up. I cancelled that appointment and they won't be getting my business again.
Heidi done an amazing job with my hair (even though I had no clue what to call what I wanted) she asked questions and Bam I love it 😍 Thank You ( are you sure you wouldn't like to move to Illinois Heidi? Yeah no me either ) 🤣😂😉
