An awesome specialty grocery store This is a new grocery store that has it all! If you need a specialty item, this is the place to find it! The atmosphere is wonderful. They play classical music throughout the store. It is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The prices are very expensive, especially for everyday items. However, in this case, the extra cost is worth it!

Great Store! This is a store with all kinds of hard to find food items as well as other items. They have conventional items too, so it's not like many specialty stores. They have amazingly fresh produce, meat and deli, and if you can't find something at the regular grocery store, come here. Prices are sometimes a little high, but well worth it! PROS: selection, freshness CONS: cost

Wow... great stuff; not so great prices Don't get me wrong - this is an AMAZING grocery store, and if you can afford to shop there regularly, more power to you, because I wish I could too. Very good selection with excellent fresh products and customer service that rivals five-star restaurants. My only complaint is that as a college student, with Kroger, Meijer, and Super Walmart all less than 2 miles away, it loses to the lower prices on everyday items... not to say that the occasional Killer Brownie doesn't require a special trip, though. PROS: Selection, quality, service like whoa CONS: Price

May be pricey, but look for great deals Everyone has written about the cleanliness, the A+ quality of their produce/bakery/products, and the outstanding customer service. I would further add that even if the average prices happen to be higher than in most stores (well, obviously, to receive the many plusses, something has to give)- they also frequently have excellent deals on very good items. My daughter and I often go to DLM simply to check out their fine wares, to sample the many cheeses and, yes, even Alaskan King crab and the greatest gelato on this side of the Atlantic- but also almost always find some wonderful bargains to bring home. Wish all communities had a DLM around the corner.

Market that has it all Great place!!!! If you ever thought of a food and could never find it, look here. They have everything. Way too expensive to do all of your grocery shopping there, but if making a special meal of having company for dinner~great place to go. PROS: everything you could even imagine CONS: costly

Dorothy Lane Market Dorothy Lane Market is in a class of its own. They have all your basic groceries, but also many gourmet items you can't find anywhere else. They have a very nice deli, with some fantastic salads and also heat-and-eat entrees. Their seafood is some of the freshest in the area, their breads are out of this world, and of course there's the killer brownies! They will also carry your groceries out and put them in your car, which hardly anybody does any more. PROS: GREAT service! CONS: A little pricey.

Dorothy Lane is the Best! Never a dull moment here. The only place that even comes close to selection and customer service is Whole Foods up in Columbus. Produce is fantastic and the place is always clean. Guest service agents are always walking around to make it easier to help you. I just love this grocery store!

Great for speciality products We love shopping DLM for special products. The bakery is wonderful, especially the Killer Brownies and the bread. The produce is always fresh too. It's too pricey to do everyday shopping here, but everything I've bought here has been great.

Got to give a shoutout to DLM for great handling if Christmas Eve crowds. Short waits for service at deli, bakery, and meat counter. Had people directing traffic at checkout to minimize wait times.
