My daughter got both her tonsils and adenoids out here, at Fishkill Ambulatory yesterday, and I just wanted to say how wonderful the staff was the WHOLE entire time! I was a nervous wreck, and absolutely lost it when my daughter was going into surgery, but the staff made sure that I was aware of everything that was going on, and reassured me she was going to be alright. They have a TV screen that tells where the patient is at all times, so I got to see when she was out of surgery, and into the PACU. They were so sweet to her... read more
