I am happy to have Dr. Carter as my Gyn for so many reasons!! She lovely!!
One star due to the inability for the scheduling department to do their job. Asked for a Monday appointment with my doctor with no rush to be seen. Nothing was available within two weeks so they were not able to book me an appointment… I was on the phone with the scheduling department. How a doctors office is unable to book outside a two week window is beyond me. Great job making it difficult and frustrating to be seen and take care of yourself.
Dr. Carter is the most compassionate, professional and approachable medical provider I've had. I am not disputing anyone else's experience, just sharing my own. From the first time she treated me, for an emergency surgery (not pregancy-related) which she performed flawlessly, to her personal follow-up and bedside manner, to her holistic philosophy, spot-on referrals, and how she carefully explains procedures, options, and medical terminology in an accessible and not condescending way -- to me, Dr. Carter (Rosy) sees her pati... read more
If I could leave negative stars I would. From my first visit it pointed to bad experiences to come. When she offered me the flu vaccine (she is supposed to) I declined. She questioned me and wanted to know why I would decline it. I'm not anti vaccine, I just didn't want the flu one because I wasn't around others. Dr. Carter had to tell me about her past patient's horror story of near death experiences while pregnant after refusing a flu vaccine.
