I was a patient at this family practice for about five years. While I initially had positive experiences, my later visits left me deeply disappointed. As a Black woman, I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and the practice often dismissed my experiences. From Dr. Tata, to the receptionist at the front desk, to Dr. Tata's nurses have all been WONDERUFLLY PROFESSIONAL!! They all make my husband, and I feel extremely welcomed and very warm. It's hard to find such care now a days. Keep up the great work everyone, I'm going to tell all my friends what a wonderful experience we've had. Blessings
Dr.TaTa is hands down the best provider I’ve had EVER. She’s very knowledgeable, patient, and you can tell she genuinely cares about my health and wellbeing. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a PCP.
I’ve been with Norton healthcare my whole life. I’ve called 3 days in a row at different times and waited on hold for 10-20 minutes each time with no answer. Beyond bad look for your business and your doctors. You all not answering the phones so patients are physically incapable to book an appointment. Tried to schedule on the app also, It won’t work either! Your front desk workers aren’t doing their job and it’s driving people away! I’ve been trying to book an appointment for almost a week now! Dr Tata was my doctor back in 2013. She was getting married (if I remember correctly) at the time and moved out of state. Shes the only dr. that has ever helped me with my blood pressure and anxiety. Its 2023 and I still haven't found a dr anywhere near as good as her. Makes me want to drive to Kentucky :-)
