The receptionist was unprofessional and rude. Poor communication to patients! I’ve been calling for weeks to get my medication and nobody informed me that my doctor is no longer with the practice. And then the receptionist blamed me for not making an appointment instead of trying to help me, shifted blame to me. She was waving her hand in my face and got defensive. I do not recommend this clinic. I will be reporting them to human services and the medical board for abandonment of patient care.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Malinowski for years due to Graves. She is excellent, and knowledgeable about a lot of medical subjects. Her number one priority during my appointments is getting me level and feeling great.
Hands down the worst physician I have had contact with, and I’m a nurse, which should say a lot. This “lady” is short tempered, dismissive, and down right rude. The office is a joke, you can’t get ahold of anybody. The billing is often wrong. This physician and I decided to part ways after I told her I was no longer going to continue to get superfluous lab work done every 3 months for lab work that was in the normal range. She is a fabulous physician! Very smart and knowledgeable.
I've been under Dr. Malinowski care a little over 2 years. She is an excellent Endocrinologist with many, many years of experience. She diagnosed me and treated me very well! She is a very caring, dedicated Dr. who I constantly highly recommend!!
