He is leaving the practice and nobody at the office cares about his patients. The way I have been assisted by him and his soon to be former coworkers have been totally unprofessional. They utterly ignored and neglected my needs. I hope that he just stops being a doctor for good and does not go and open and/or join another practice.
I have been a patient of Dr. Doron Stember for the past 5 years and I would like to say that his treatment has been instrumental in resolving and controlling my Urological issues. As a 65 year old male there have been problems that have come up which I've never had before and i feel fortunate, as well as lucky, to have been under Dr.Stembers expert care. It took 3 months to get an Appointment, when the day finally arrived, I showed up at the Office and was told the Dr. was NOT IN today. I had a scheduling CONFLICT that I could've taken But because they DIDN'T CALL to Let me know, I had to RESCHEDULE the Conflict, only to FIND that the Dr. wasn't in!, I rescheduled another Appointment at a different office, and waited "2" hours before I was Seen Briefly (a Few minutes after HOURS of Waiting) only to be told that they didn't have the paperwork that was sent to them from the re... read more
Perhaps the medical staff at Mt. Sinai's urology practice wields great knowledge in their specialties, but their client service skills and responsive are abysmal. I went in for an appointment in June and despite making efforts to contact them persistently over the MyChart app, did not succeed in actually connecting to speak to Dr. Stember by phone (at the very least) to go over his findings.
